Shipping Information and Order Processing times

Orders from the previous day and weekends are prcessed for the next business day at 9:00AM. Orders received after 9:00AM are processed for the next business day.

We offer 1-2 business days order processing and dispatch timeframes depending on availability. We offer thousands of products and may require additional time for warehouse transfers to complete dispatch of your order.

Aus Electronics Direct uses Sendle and Australia Post eParcel service solely for all our parcel deliveries. Timeframes provided at the time of check out are delivery timelines provided by Sendle and Australia Post for their eParcel delivery service in the area. Aus Electronics Direct does not guarantee these delivery timelines as the service is provided by Sendle or Australia Post.

Aus Electronics Direct selects the service utilised for delivery of your order to achieve the best delivery timeframes.

It is Aus Electronics Directs responsibility to assist with tracking and inquiries in relation to the consignment.

Contactless Pick up

Once order is received, our customer service team will notify you either by phone or email to advise that order is ready for pick up. 

Delivery Policy 

We offer delivery Australia Wide. We use a selection of couriers services that vary in rates and delivery times. You can find the right delivery services for you using our Freight Calculator on a product page or while viewing Cart.

Aus Electronics Direct does not guarantee these delivery timelines as the service is provided by Sendle or Australia Post. 
It is Aus Electronics Directs responsibility to assist with tracking and inquiries in relation to the consignment. 

Once your order is dispatched, a notification is sent via email on the tracking details of your parcel. All deliveries will require a signature (Australia Post and Sendle) to avoid theft and lost/misplaced parcels. Customers are able to contact the service providers to authorise an "Authority to Leave" in a safe place should taking personal delivery of the parcel is not convenient. NOTE that an "Authority to Leave" is an agreement between the consignee and delivery company and Aus Electronics Direct does not take responsibility for parcels with "Authority to Leave".

Please note: These are industry averages and delays may occur during holidays and peak periods. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

PLEASE NOTE; ANY RETURNS DUE TO A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR ITEMS RETURNED FOR NON COLLECTION WILL INCUR AN EXTRA FEE - THIS WILL ALSO CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT INCLUDING ANY UNIT NUMBERS, FLOOR LEVEL NUMBER, COMPANY / SHOP NAME ETC BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.

We are constantly updating our range of products and pre-order facility is offered to customers to secure upcoming delivery of new products. The most accurate estimated  availability date is offered, however this may change without notice. We regularly update delivery information on our website.

 

High Value Orders

We reserve the right to request for additional identification in relation to orders and payment received, particularly for high value orders. This is for the protection of the business and the card holders against unauthorized use of the card holders account.

 

Bulky items

In the case of large or bulky parcels, our customer service may contact you should there be any additional freight costs incurred.
