simple, great, works
By: Ashley Scott on 13 January 2024a broadly-compatible DVI cable: just does what you most likely want: digital only (ie. the extra 4 analogue pins surrounding the 'spade' connectors are not present) - which means it 'just works' on an older 2000s-era Mac (using PCI/AGP cards which typically omit holes for these).
